Creating the team in the formative stages of a project allows all members to share their expertise increasing the most efficient way to evaluate, estimate and build.

Estimating

Our painstaking estimating process has become the standard in the construction marketplace.  This comprehensive approach allows us to produce a fixed cost, stipulated sum contract for all of our clients. We have found that our in house bid approach and our ability to precisely estimate a project becomes an excellent asset for our clients.

Building
